NTTデータとフェロビアル社との提携合意について

The Spanish global infrastructure operator Ferrovial and NTT DATA, a Japanese technology consulting firm, have announced a strategic collaboration agreement.

The two companies will pool resources, experience and knowledge in their areas of expertise with the aim of driving innovative solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability. They will also explore new opportunities to become a global benchmark by leveraging the services and products of both companies in various fields, such as the construction and operation of data centers.

Thus, NTT DATA’s technological capabilities will enable the acceleration of Ferrovial’s digitization in all its markets. In addition, NTT DATA will establish a Center of Excellence in Digital Solutions for infrastructure in Spain to address current challenges in the sector.

“The synergies with Ferrovial will allow us to put all our technological expertise in the infrastructure and transportation industry to good use. With this agreement we will drive from here the digital transformation of the sector and advance in terms of efficiency and sustainability,” explained Sergi Biosca, CEO of NTT DATA Spain.

“Bringing together the complementary capabilities of both groups will be key to launching in Spain the first center of excellence of its kind to be deployed worldwide. This will be a unique space in which we will develop innovative solutions from Madrid that will put us at the forefront of our sector,” said Ignacio Madridejos, CEO of Ferrovial.
