Cuatrecasas, through its Knowledge and Innovation Area (ACI), has launched a new edition of its guide “Doing Business in Spain | 2026 Edition”, a reference document that includes the main legal keys for foreign investors interested in developing projects in Spain.
The publication offers a practical overview of the most relevant legal aspects affecting international investment, with the aim of facilitating decision-making and anticipating possible regulatory challenges. Although not intended to be exhaustive, the guide addresses key issues in areas such as corporate law, taxation, financial markets, labor law, intellectual property, energy and technology, among others.
The document has been prepared with updated information as of January 31, 2026 and is part of the international “Doing Business” collection, which also includes analyses of other strategic markets such as Portugal, China, Peru, Colombia, Chile and Mexico.
