On November 22nd, the third deputy mayor of Barcelona’s City Council, Laia Bonet, presented the Asia Strategy, the first city strategy on Barcelona’s relations with this region. The document, which has had the support and advice of Casa Asia, reviews the state of relations with the countries of the region and draws the guidelines for the future, both bilaterally (city with city) and thematic priorities, with the aim of strengthening the relationship in key areas for Barcelona, such as innovation, sustainable tourism, economic promotion and logistics.
