 The fashion firm Desigual has approved the four-day working day. According to the vote of the affected staff at the firm’s headquarters in Barcelona, 86% of the workers have given their support to this initiative. The measure aims to be a pioneer in work-life balance and flexibility with a labor relations model that aims to be one more element for attracting talent to the company.
