In the framework of the XXII Spain Japan Forum, organized by the Spain Japan Council Foundation and the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of both countries, the Secretary of State recalled that Japan is a priority partner for Spain in the Asia-Pacific region. He also highlighted the rapprochement with Japan in terms of security and within the framework of NATO in the face of the common challenges faced by both parties, underlining the strengthening of political cooperation between Madrid and Tokyo.
