The XIV Extenda Ham Cutting Seminar in Japan trains more than 80 Japanese master cutters

The Extenda Ham Cutting Seminar held in Japan has closed its fourteenth edition in the cities of Tokyo and Fukuoka, training 85 chefs and hospitality professionals in the cutting of this product, adding more than 2,500 master cutters in the country.

According to a statement issued by the Board on Wednesday, this event has had the objective of promoting the consumption of ham and shoulder in the hotel industry in Japan, which, he says, is the fifth market for Andalusian exports of these products, and to which ham exports have doubled in the first quarter.
