The Japan-Spain Business Circle (CEJE), the Consul General of Japan in Barcelona, the Institut Cerdà and Nedgia discuss good practices in crisis management

On March 20, the ‘Conference on Good Practices in Crisis Management’ took place, organized by the Crisis Management Support Service of the Institut Cerdà. The session, which was held at the Abertis headquarters, was attended by the Consul General of Japan in Barcelona, Naohito Watanabe, and the President of the Japan-Spain Business Circle, Jorge Lasheras, among other distinguished figures.

Throughout the event, the case study “Good Practices in Crisis Management” was presented by the IESE professor and technical advisor of the Institut Cerdà, Albert Girbal, and included a round table discussion on the lessons learned in previous crises and the keys to address future scenarios. The General Consul of Japan in Barcelona, Naohito Watanabe; the President of the Japan-Spain Business Circle, Jorge Lasheras; the communication director of Nedgia of the Naturgy Group, Laura Sabaté; and the crisis and resilience director of the Institut Cerdà all participated in this discussion.
