Members of the Japanese and Spanish business community visit Port of Barcelona, a hub for the big Japanese companies

Members of the Japanese and Spanish business community have visited Port of Barcelona for a new business networking event, where companies in attendance could develop interesting networking opportunities.

The following people from Port of Barcelona participated in the event: Mercè Conesa, President of Port of Barcelona; Manuel Galán, Head of International Relations and Advertising at Port of Barcelona; Emma Cobos, Business Development Manager Carles Mayol, Business Sales Manager. During the first presentation, the Port of Barcelona delegation referred to the diverse nature of port traffic, as well as its operational competitiveness.

Subsequently, those in attendance visited Port of Barcelona’s different terminals, where they watched daily operations being carried out, such as the loading and unloading of containers and the distribution of products according to their type across the different ports comprising the complex.
