Balfegó prepares the third edition of ITAMAE Balfegó

Three years ago, ITAMAE was born as one of BALFEGÓ’s key projects, and it arose from the desire to disseminate and share Japanese culture, which inspires the company. Today, thanks to this project, BALFEGÓ has established a cultural bridge between the local community and Japanese society, fostering mutual understanding and the exchange of traditions and values.

In this third edition, ITAMAE Balfegó has made a significant shift by focusing on offering workshops and training especially aimed at professionals in the sector, offering added value to restaurateurs. The choice of Barcelona as the new venue is no coincidence; the city has experienced an impressive boom in the opening of Japanese restaurants in the last two decades. The date of the event is next June 17 at 8:00 p.m. at the Edifici Llotja, Pg d’Isabel II, 1, Barcelona.
