Madrid Otaku: for Japan lovers
On June 11 and 12, Madrid Otaku, an event aimed at fans of modern Japanese culture, will take place in Madrid, at the Pabellón de Cristal de la Casa de Campo.
Madrid Otaku is supported by the International Otaku Expo Association (IOEA), an association based in Tokyo whose aim is to share and promote the global development of the otaku community, bringing together exhibitions and events from around the world. It is also a member of the IOEA, among many others, the Barcelona Manga Fair.
Organized by the Nippon Cultural Association for the Dissemination of Japanese Culture, Madrid Otaku will have all the essential elements for events of this kind, such as exhibitions, workshops, contests, commercial stands and concerts. Among them, the Japanese singer-songwriter Mion will perform for the first time in Spain.
