The Italian multinational Brembo, specialized in the production of brake discs for automobiles, has closed an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of J.Juan, manufacturer of hoses and braking systems for motorcycles based in Gavà (Barcelona). The consideration has been set at 70 million euros. “The operation will allow us to be part of a company with a global presence that will support the development of J.Juan,” says José Luis Juan, CEO of the Catalan firm.
