Fujitsu ActivateNow: emerging technologies in Madrid
On April 20, Fujitsu held a new edition of its technology summit Fujitsu Activate Now in Madrid. The event took place throughout the year in California, Madrid and Tokyo, with which the technology company sought to glimpse the positive changes that innovation and emerging technologies can bring.
At the Madrid meeting, Fujitsu offered technology leaders the opportunity to experience first-hand some of the latest technological advances applied to a variety of use cases. As the company noted, “embracing emerging technologies, such as quantum computing, artificial intelligence or blockchain, is a key factor in driving innovation and bringing new solutions to market.”
The event was aimed at attendees from leading public and private sector organizations across Europe; partners, IT associations and academics; analysts, advisors and influencers; and media. Speakers included Vivek Mahajan, CTO of Fujitsu; economic analyst and technology communicator Marc Vidal; and Ángeles Delgado, CEO of Fujitsu Spain and president of the Spain Japan Council Foundation.
