Free way to the urban master plan of the logistics terminal of the port of BCN

The Generalitat, the city councils of Barcelona and the Prat de Llobregat and the Port of Barcelona have agreed on an Urban Master Plan (PDU) for the Intermodal Logistics Terminal that should allow the construction of four new railway terminals to improve the port infrastructure. The plan, which will involve around 600 million euros, will allow the development of the necessary infrastructures to boost rail connections with goods from the port of Barcelona, reducing truck traffic in the metropolitan area and reducing pollution. As a consequence of the urban transformation of the area around the course of the Llobregat river, the expansion of green areas is planned.
