On May 8, the Japan-Spain Business Circle (CEJE) celebrated the opening of its new office in Madrid, established with the aim of extending its presence in Spain and providing better service to all of the association’s members.
An ample representation of CEJE’s most important members was present at the GSG business center, located at calle Alcalá nº 54, 4º izqa., to visit the new offices and to join in the celebration of this step forward in the growth of the association. In this vein, CEJE has bolstered its work towards creating a supporting structure of initiatives, resources and relations among Japanese companies established in Spain and Spanish companies with an interest in Japan.
Following the visit, the attendees enjoyed a leisurely luncheon at the Hotel Hospes Alcalá in Madrid, where they had the opportunity to create closer ties and to share their experiences with other companies associated with the Japanese market.
CEJE’s new headquarters will not only serve as a meeting point for Spanish and Japanese companies, but also as a dynamic force in relations with the business institutions and Spanish and Japanese government agencies present in the Spanish capital. At present, CEJE has already signed collaboration agreements with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE), among others.
