This strong message printed on the wall of the Monroebakes pastry shop, in the Madrid municipality of Getafe, seems to perfectly define its owner, Noelia Tomoshige, a Sevillian of Japanese origin. Just two years ago, she was working as a saleswoman for a luxury firm. Today, her Japanese-French pastry shop has revolutionized the Madrid gastronomic scene and has already captivated thousands of palates.
