Susana Serra holds a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. She is currently partner of everis and responsible for one of the global accounts of the Utilities sector. Her career began at Andersen Consulting and in 1997, she joined everis, where she has advanced her career in various positions, working with customers from various sectors. To highlight her experience as head of the Outsourcing and Development Centers area of Barcelona, of the Corporate Strategy area of everis global and as Director of the Barcelona office.
