With a high representation of partners, last Friday, April 30, the Japan-Spain Business Circle, organized the VII Ordinary General Assembly that was held through Zoom, taking into account the special circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, for reasons of sanitary prudence and under the provisions of Royal Decree Law 8/2020 of March 17, 2020 on urgent measures to deal with Covid-19, and subsequent and concordant legislation.
Two special guests were present during the event: Mr. Yasushi Sato, Consul General, and Mr. Hitoshi Kawazoe, the Deputy Consul General, who was welcomed to Barcelona after his recent incorporation to the consulate of the city of Barcelona.
The Assembly unanimously approved the accounts for the 2020 financial year, as well as the 2021 activity plan and the budget proposal for 2021. In addition, it took the opportunity to comment on the upcoming events: The Family Business in Japan and Spain, a round table held it will be held together with the ESADE Family Business Club on June 1; as well as the delivery of the V Keicho Awards, which will be held on July 6, at the Círculo Ecuestre de Barcelona
