The mayor of Pamplona, Enrique Maya, received at the Town Hall the ambassador of Japan in Spain, Kenji Hiramatsu, who made an official visit to the city.
Pamplona has a special relationship with Japan through its twinning, more than 40 years ago, with the city of Yamaguchi. Since 1980, both cities have shared experiences, knowledge and relationships, as well as holding regular, institutional and popular meetings.
