Online food-delivery service platform, Delivery Hero, has announced that it will carry out in the first quarter of 2022 a divestment plan of its subsidiary in Japan, a market it entered in September 2020. The company has also announced its intention to minimize its presence in the German market, where it has been operating for just a few months through Foodpanda Germany.
