On 24 February 2026, the president of the Japan-Spain Business Circle (CEJE), Jorge Lasheras, participated alongside lawyer Jaime J. Navarro, a partner at CEJE, in the presentation event for The Wave in Barcelona, which took place at the Joan Miró Foundation.
The event, promoted by the Government of Aragon and the Prensa Ibérica group, was presented by the Vice-President of the Government of Aragon, Ms Mar Vaquero Perianez, and aimed to bring this initiative closer to the business and institutional community of Barcelona, strengthening ties between Aragon and Catalonia and generating new opportunities for collaboration between The Wave and Barcelona.
CEJE representatives discussed with the Vice-President the work the association is doing to organise the presence of important Japanese companies in the Japan District of The Wave exhibition, highlighting our firm commitment to promoting innovative projects, connecting business ecosystems and strengthening international cooperation networks.
