Aduriz named an ambassador of Japanese cuisine

Andoni Luis Aduriz, in charge of the biestrelled Mugaritz in San Sebastián, has been appointed Goodwill Ambassador of Japanese Cuisine for his work to promote and promote Japanese gastronomy, a title awarded by the Japanese Government to those who disseminate Japanese culinary culture abroad.
