A copy of the Cibeles and costumes of Don Quixote: this is the Spanish amusement park that triumphs in Japan

It is well known that Japan has a special admiration for Spain. Beyond our gastronomy, where delicacies such as ham or wine make the Japanese fall in love, tradition, culture or history are other aspects that dazzle the country of the rising sun.

So much so, that this has its reflection and explanation in the Japanese city of Shima, where since the 90s there is a curious theme park dedicated to Spain, the ‘Shima Spain Village’. It is a place of leisure where some of the most emblematic monuments of our country are represented, such as La Cibeles or Park Güell, and where you can find Don Quixote or Sancho Panza walking through the streets of a typical Andalusian village.
