CEJE VISITS CODORNIU WINERY

On July 6th CEJE members had the opportunity to visit the Codorniu winery located in the heart of the Penedés region.

During the visit, they participated in an exquisite cheese and wine tasting, where they were able to taste one of the best varieties of flavors and textures carefully selected for the occasion.

The day continued with a meal at the emblematic restaurant Torre Codorníu. Attendees enjoyed a delicious meal in a unique setting where Chef Victor Lema leads a gastronomic concept based on seasonal products and the Mediterranean essence.

The visit allowed members to learn more about the winemaking process and the history of one of the oldest wineries in the world. It was a memorable activity and a real pleasure for wine and food lovers.
