Cantarell will replace Joaqu\u00edn Uriach Torell\u00f3, who has held this position since 2012. Cantarell becomes the first president of Uriach not linked to the founding family and has extensive professional experience as CEO or CEO of the European and American divisions of the Nestl\u00e9 group. He was also a member of the global steering committee and the promoter and creator of the Swiss company&#8217;s global healthcare business. With this appointment, Uriach intends to promote the process of professionalization of the company and has created a Council of Owners that replaces the Family Council and which will be chaired by Enrique Uriach Torell\u00f3.
