Your personal data may be disclosed to trusted CEJE third parties for the development of the aims of the association and its management.

Moreover, the duty of members to treat information from other members to which they may have access through the CEJE as strictly confidential, is established. Members are also obliged to use this information solely within the scope and for the fulfilment of the corporate purpose of the CEJE, and not to divulge it, reproduce it or make it available to third parties without the prior written consent of the CEJE. The duty of secrecy and non-disclosure will remain even after their membership of the CEJE has ended.

The CEJE undertakes to implement the technical and organisational measures necessary in order to guarantee the adequate protection of your data, in accordance with applicable law. However, on a medium such as the internet, malicious actions by third parties may occur, although the CEJE implements all the means at its disposal to prevent such actions.

6) Duration of storage of your personal data.

The CEJE will hold your personal data for as long as you do not withdraw the consent you granted, this being understood as the cancellation of membership. You will have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted prior to your withdrawal.
