政府は防衛部門のためのエベリスへのNTTの投資を承認します

The Council of Ministers authorized this Tuesday that the modification of the investment of the Japanese technological services group NTT Data in the Spanish consulting firm Everis can be used for activities directly related to national defense.

Specifically, the authorization affects both NTT Data’s investment in Everis and the stakes the Japanese group has in four subsidiaries and five investee companies through the Spanish company.
